چکیده

Iktidar kullanimi, herhangi bir sosyal veya kurumsal iliskide fark edilebilir. Egitim kurumlarinda, ozellikle universite oncesi kurumlarda, iktidar uygulanisi, ogrenciler henuz tam olarak gelismis kisilikler denekler olmadigindan daha buyuk etkiye sahip olabilir. Bu kuramsal arastirma, esas egitim kurumlarinda guc iliskilerinin incelenmesi ve analiz edilmesi acisindan Foucaultcu yaklasima dayanmaktadir. sinifta/oditoryumda iliskileri, yaraticilik, yenilikcilik, bilgi uretimi, ozumseme vb. icin engel haline gelebilir cunku ogretmenlerin, ogrencilerin akademisyenlerin dusunce ozgurlugunu engelleyebilirler. Okullarda iktidarin uygulanisinin etkilerinin derin sekilde anlasilmasi, okul idarecilerine, ogretmenlere ogrencilere surecinde bunlari idare etme kontrol firsatini araclarini verebilir. iktidar, tum aktorler tarafindan ancak farkli oran boyutlarda kullanilir. Iktidarin uyguladiklari uzerlerinde uygulanan farkindaysa makale, uygulamasindan kacinilamayacagi siniftaki otorite ayni kaldigi icin, uygulamasinin edilebilecegi yollardan birinin ogretim yontemleri araciligiyla oldugunu savunmaktadir. En uygun ogretme biciminin, tekniklerini degistirerek uygulamasini saklamaya gizlemeye calismayan bicimi gosterir.
